Duct Liner Weld Insulation Pin

Galvanized steel quilting pins are consisting of a pin and a round head plate tightly, normally used with self locking washers to fasten the insulation, it can provide support (quilting) of the insulation material inside the blanket or removable cover.

Duct welding pin is a special fastener used to connect and fix thermal insulation cotton in HVAC pipeline work, to ensure that the temperature in the pipeline is not lost, to achieve the effect of energy saving and thermal insulation.

Quilting Pins

Quilting pins are made of galvanized steel or stainless steel, it is consisting of a pin and a round head plate tightly, the material can be made of stainless steel, the round plate general is 30mm, and pin diameter general is 12Ga(2.7mm) and 14Ga(2.0mm) come with 2.5″(63.5mm)and 4.5″(114.3mm) length as standard. Quilting pins are used with self locking washers to fasten the insulation, it can provide support (quilting) of the insulation material inside the blanket or removable cover.
