Mini Cup Head Weld Pin With Paper Washer

Cup head pins are a kind of insulation weld pins, they were produced by a round washer head with a nail, the material general is the mild steel with zinc or cooper plating, it was usually applied with a capacitor discharge stud welder.

Insulation quilting pins is used to provide quilting of the insulation material in a blanket or removable pad.to fabricate blankets and are secured with a self-locking washer.

Cuphead pins were installed usually applied with a capacitor discharge stud welder, the application is very easy, hang insulation on the sheet metal of ductwork,HVAC, and press the cup head pins through the insulation, weld them directly to secure insulation material by the weld gun.

Cup head insulation weld pins with paper washer is for welding through aluminium foil faced insulation materials, pins with tube is for welding through tin foil faced insulation materials. They are widely accepted as cost-effective metal fasteners in the thermal insulation and acoustic insulation markets.
